About the Council
The Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Council (Council) is a member-driven professional council whose purpose is to advance sound governance, risk, and compliance management principles for California public entities. Members share knowledge and resources on these principles and related practices to improve operational performance and the delivery of their mission.
The Government Operations Agency, Julie Whitten and Sarah Soto-Taylor, are the Co-Sponsors for the Council and the Co-Chairs of the Council are Felicia Borges, Nathaniel Lyday, Alejandro Mora-Huerta, Gini Corbitt, Lauren Rice, Charlene Ho.
