GovOps DMV Strike Team

Governor Gavin Newsom tasked GovOps to lead an effort to transition the DMV into a user-centered culture for customers and the employees who serve them on January 9, 2019. 

The DMV Strike team was comprised of the GovOps Team. The Governor and Secretary announced the Strike Team’s accomplishments and recommendations on July 23, 2019.
